If by any reason you're not satisfied with any BKL products. You're welcome to return products using the same shipping method, up to 30 days after the purchase date. Once we have received the product back a refund will be processed based on the original form of payment. Shipping and return shipping charges are not eligible for refund. We go above and beyond to fill your orders as quickly as possible as we should. Once an order has been shipped it goes directly to the carrier delivering your BKL products. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
